Eagle Creek Kennels Health Guarantee
Hi there, from our small family-owned kennel in southern Ohio! We hope you will enjoy your new puppy for many years to come, so we have taken steps to ensure that your new pet is healthy and that you will be satisfied with your new puppy!
We guarantee all papers on registered puppies. We guarantee all puppies to have had all treatments and vaccinations. We make no guarantee of your puppy’s mature size or weight or that it will be of show or breeding quality. Your puppy will come with Limited BSS Registration.
The purchaser should have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian, preferably within 2-5 business days of pickup or delivery of their puppy!
If the examination indicates that the puppy was unfit for purchase due to illness, disease of congenial disorder, your money will be refunded, or you will receive another pup of equal value.
We will guarantee the pup against fatal viruses for 72 hours. These include distemper, Parvo, and Corona. It does not include Coccidia and kennel cough, which is common in pups and usually caused by bacteria. They are usually inexpensive to treat, and you will be compensated for this if it should occur.
Your puppy is guaranteed until one year of age against fatal and life altering congenital and genetic diseases which adversely affect the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia, severed luxating patella, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within one year, the purchaser may have it autopsied to ascertain the reason if necessary. If the reason is genetic or congenital, we will replace the pup or refund the purchase price.
Purchaser should keep the puppy current on all vet care including shots, deworming and heart worm treatment. Eagle Creek Kennels advises that it’s a good idea to keep the new puppy separate from other dogs until the veterinarian has given it a clean bill of health.
